If the service we provide has a large-scale failure and is not restored for more than 24 hours, you can request a refund. Refund amount calculation formula: (payment amount * remaining time as a percentage of total time) - digital currency transaction fee (approximately $1 USD)
If your refundable amount is less than $1 USD (excluding processing fees), no refund will be issued.
