You may not use the system to send spam, port scan, scan for open proxies or open relays, send opt-in emails, unsolicited emails, or bulk send any type or version of email, even if the email is ultimately sent from another server.
You may not attack any other computer or network in any manner or form while using our Services.
Do not use the Service for anything that could attack our network or others.
It is the user's responsibility to know and understand any and all relevant laws of any jurisdiction or location that may relate to you and your actions. BlessVPN is not responsible in any way or form for the actions of its users, including criminal liability and civil liability for executed or unexecuted damages, beyond any amounts paid by a specific individual to BlessVPN for its services.
Violation of this Policy or Terms of Use may result in termination of your account without refund of amounts previously paid for the Services.In addition, you may be held liable for any and all damages suffered by BlessVPN including, without limitation, any fees charged by any external entity as a result of the foregoing breach, including attorneys' fees and costs.
BlessVPN enables you to download software, software updates or patches, or other utilities and tools to your mobile phone or Internet-enabled device. BlessVPN (the "Software") grants you a non-exclusive, limited license to use the Software solely for the purpose stated in the Software when it is provided to you and in accordance with these Terms.Modification, distribution to unauthorized parties, reverse engineering, or other use of the Software in any manner not expressly authorized by BlessVPN is strictly prohibited.
